Patrick feels very lucky to say that he has lived in Staplehurst since 1967. He is from an Irish family who moved from London in the 60's due to his dad working locally. He attended Staplehurst primary school and played football for Staplehurst Monarchs in the early years of the club.
He is married to Mandy and has four amazing daughters and eight wonderful grandchildren!
In the last six years, Patrick has dedicated a lot of time trying to improve the Staplehurst community in various ways, notably with his service as a Staplehurst Parish Councillor, and thinks that whilst he has been very successful in that goal, there is so much more that can be achieved together as a community.
Patrick has consistently worked closely with his other MBC ward Councillor John Perry, our County Councillors and our MP Helen Grant, and wants to continue to drive things forward for the very best interest of our village.
