Cllrs John Perry and Paddy Riordan have applied pressure to KCC, to fix the potholes in Staplehurst. Cllr Riordan worked hard initially to compile a list of all of the pot holes in the parish that needed repair in both the village and rural areas and when the Cllrs met with the KCC highways officer, they made sure that KCC were aware of all pothole locations and that they were prioritising the fixing of them.
Both councillors continue to keep a close eye on how things are progressing and are pleased that KCC have agreed to action repair on the key pothole sites within the village.
