Councillor Forecast has been meeting with council officers to progress key issues affecting Palace Wood residents.
Recent discussions included exploring available developer funding for local infrastructure improvements, with plans to seek residents’ views on spending priorities. He also met with planning officers to discuss the latest application for 53 homes at Hermitage Park, concerns around local water supply capacity, and the council’s current five-year housing land supply position.
Councillor Forecast says he will continue to challenge inappropriate development and push for infrastructure investment that benefits the local community.
