Cllr Forecast attended a meeting of local residents to discuss concerns about a proposed 10 bedroom HMO site in Allington. Cllr Forecast, who lives locally in Bentliff Close, listened to concerned residents talk about how the application could change the character of the area and their fears for parking and the amount of bins that a development such as the 10 bedroom HMO would have in the street.
Cllr Forecast will be working cross party with Cllr Jeffery of the Green Party to help to fight against the proposal and represent residents at the planning committee in March.
